Write a brief we can act on
The clearer the request, the quicker we can tell you what is realistic. These are the details that make the biggest difference.
- Must-haves and nice-to-haves. Separate what you won’t compromise on (an automatic gearbox, seven seats, a tow bar) from what would simply be a bonus.
- Your limits. The most you want to pay, the highest mileage and the oldest year you would consider.
- Where you drive. If you drive into the London ULEZ, say so, and check any car we suggest by registration with TfL. Our ULEZ guide explains the standards.
- Colours and trims to avoid. Ruling things out is as useful as naming a favourite.
- Your current car. If you want to part exchange it, include the registration and mileage so we can discuss both at once.
- How you want to pay. Mention finance if you are considering it, and we can talk through the options alongside the car.

How our free car sourcing service works.
Is it free to send a sourcing request?
Yes. There is no fee for sending a sourcing request and no commitment to buy. If we find a car you want, we agree its price with you before anything goes ahead.
What if I’m not sure which model I want?
Give us a preferred make or starting point, your budget and the features that matter to you. You can enter “Any model” and explain what you need in the notes.
How long will it take to find a car?
It depends on the requirements and available vehicles. We will discuss your timescale after reviewing the request. We do not guarantee availability or a delivery date at this stage.
Can I discuss finance or a part exchange?
Yes. Mention it in your request and we can talk through the available options. The sourcing form does not submit a finance application or provide a valuation.
